Deacon James will review the most popular herbs for Pain, Tension, and Stress and ways everyone can affordably integrate them into the home medicine cabinet. Bulk herbs, teas, essential oils, tinctures, supplements and homeopathic preparations will be discussed. Turmeric, white willow, valerian root, wild lettuce extract, and homeopathic poison ivy (rhus toxicodenron) and several others are included. Summary notes will be given to attendees as handout.

Self and Spirit is a development group centered on fostering a strong connection between our inner Self (Soul) and Spirit (Infinite Intelligence, God, The All etc.). We strive for each member to have profound and meaningful, subjective experiences of the Sacred. We then encourage coherent communication of these experiences through group process that may include art, poetry, short stories and other expressive means.
